It’s why the bigger, more successful brands care about winning “Best Place To Work” awards and then plaster them all over the recruitment pages on their website.
Top talent is no longer wholly concerned with the salary they take home. They want to know they will enjoy the company they work for, enjoy their lives, be valued as an employee and understood as a human. They want to know their lives have meaning and are being enjoyed.

Nothing is going to say, “we value you and want you to work for us,” more than you paying off your employees’ student loans.
